Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activity

• Fraud, spam, harassment, threats, or illegal activity
• Impersonation, deceptive practices, or unauthorized access
• Circumvention of verification, CAPTCHA, anti-bot, identity, fraud, account, or security controls
• Abuse of third-party services or violation of destination-service policies
• Credential harvesting, credential stuffing, account takeover, or OTP interception for accounts you do not control
• Automated mass account creation, detection evasion, or spam automation
• Activity prohibited by SMS providers, telecommunications rules, or applicable law

Enforcement process

Suspected abuse may trigger automated review, account restrictions, suspension, rental cancellation, provider notification, legal reporting where required, or account closure.
