This policy summarizes how GlobalSMS handles platform data. Operators should obtain legal review before production launch.
1. Data we process
Account details, rental records, inbound SMS, wallet ledger entries, payment status, support tickets, API usage, audit logs, and security signals.
2. SMS content
SMS content is treated as sensitive. Customers can access messages belonging to their eligible rentals, and configurable retention removes expired messages.
3. Payments
Card payment details are processed by Paystack. GlobalSMS records payment status and metadata needed for accounting.
4. Access controls
Row-level security, role-based administration, server-side secrets, audit records, and scoped API keys limit access.
5. Retention
SMS, webhook events, audit logs, and operational records can be subject to configured retention periods.
6. Your choices
You may update profile details, revoke API keys, delete eligible messages, and contact support regarding your account.
